Business Marketing Description (up to 1000 words) I have been representing buyers and sellers of unique Oregon properties for 23 years. I specialize in ranches, vineyards and rural estates, as well as serving clients with commercial and residential properties. I have truly lived the Oregon wilderness adventure, living in a cabin with no indoor plumbing & off the grid in the mountains of Josephine County, where my family generated power from the creek & milled lumber from timber off our land. I started my real estate career selling timber land & working with contractors. Later I began marketing luxury properties and ranch. I soon realized my passion for rural real estate. In 2005 I became a principal broker & opened Oregon Ranch & Home in order to better serve my clients. I specialized in ranches & luxury estates. As the wine industry flourished in Southern Oregon, so did my love for brokering vineyard properties. I also represent residential and commercial properties and am experienced in 1031 exchange transactions.
